Oh yeah, I forgot to mention: I finally DLed "Spirit Dreams Inside - Another Dream" by L'Arc~en~Ciel!! Yay! It's the Japanese version of the same song which, btw, I absolutely adore! I'd say it's one of the best songs by L'Arc~en~Ciel. Cheers for me. I bought a book called Dreamer. It looked interesting, but since I didn't have any money on me, I asked Ivy's mom to buy it for me so I can pay her back later. (Ivy and her mom dragged me to Barnes & Noble with them because they thought I'd be lonely at home.) I'll be starting on it tonight. Today was my first lesson with Ben. I think it went pretty well. He told me to stay with my current teacher for now until my violin exams are over, then I can switch over to him. I think the exam's sometime in November. Anyway, I got some fresh opinions from him today. It was worthwhile dragging my tired butt all over the city. Oh, did I mention? I didn't get a single break today, and it didn't help that the weather was like an oven today. I think all that walking and bus-taking today has worked a few year's worth of calluses onto my poor delicate (ha!) feet. Oh well, another lesson tomorrow morning, this time with my offcial teacher. Karen, school orchestra conductor, asked some of us to perform chamber music at this classy seafood restaurant Spenger's on that classy 4th street down near the Marina on Tuesday. Phylis wanted to play something, so our group started out with her, me, Moon-Young, and then Elliot asked if he could play with us. Phylis absolutely refused to do any Telemann 4 violin quartets (and I agree, Telemann quartets are absolutely horrid), so we asked Ben if he could find some music for us. Jonah (principle cellist and superb pianist) joined us at last notice, but Phyllis didn't know, so she didn't make copies of the piano part of the piece Ben got us. It was pretty obvious that Jonah really wanted to play, and was dissappointed that he might not get the chance (we only started rehearsing yesterday =P), he kept on coming up to us and saying if he couldn't play, it was alright with him, and that we shouldn't worry. It was pretty funny, considering how at the beginning he was for real, and then towards the middle of all the fake "assurance", he just did it for the fun of getting attention from us. Most of us were really sorry about the fact that he might not be able to join us, but Elliot blatantly remarked to his face that he wasn't a very good lier (and you can tell when Jonah's lying). Oh well, Jonah's just like that though. I'm worried that we won't have enough time to put the piece together, since we have only 5 days, and we've only rehearsed once. It doesn't help that we've never heard the piece before, and no one has a recording of it. Yuck, art class tomorrow. I don't really want to go because I've been working on the same drawing for a long time, and everytime I go, I don't seem to accomplish very much. Keiko scowled at 11:51 p.m.

Waiiii~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~!!!!!!! Ka-chan fell in love!!!!! With two guys!!!!!! Sugoi~~!!! You go girl! Wow! I've been waiting forever for Ka-chan to fall in love! I can't remember how many times I've gone over to her house and talked about some guy with stars in my eyes (all in the past), and she totally didn't get what I was talking about. Sugoi~~!!! Ka-chan I knew some of my influence woulda rubbed off on ya! lol j/k. Take my advice, Ka-chan, and two-time them! Okay, j/k. Kauru, I hope you're gonna tell me EVERYTHING about those two!! If you do (and show me a picture) I'll show you a picture of who I like? *wink* I'm so happy for Ka-chan right now (and at the same time laughing my head off at this unusual turn of events). Hugs and kisses, Ka-chan. I'm right behind ya (unless the guys are ugly) Guess who I just talked to over AIM? Haha, of course I'm not gonna tell you. I'm still mindful of who reads this blog. Suffice it to say that the reason I'm so happy and cheerful (not to mention overly energetic) after hours slaving over homework is because I had a chat with this person, albeit for a short time. Hm... "Gravity"'s too sad a song for my mood right now. Anyway, I seriously have been drowning in homework lately. Didn't feel like blogging or going online due to the amount of homework I had. Yesterday, I wrote out the list of stuff I either had to get done before tomorrow or Thursday, then I looked down the list and nearly had a heart attack. The list was so damn long!! The worst part of my homework is my AP-Government hw and notes. Last week, I was behind 3 chapters! This week: 2. Not much better off, but at least it's a little better. However, I've got a test this Friday, so I have to finish up all the chapters by Thursday night. Whew! It seems like all my tests are on the same Fridays. Agh, I really don't have that much time to study. Oh well, I finished all my homework for today. Should probably go to bed now. Ch'! I'm way to hyper to fall asleep right now... I'm currently uploading some of the pics that I'll be using for v.2 of Shi no Yume. Actually, I don't even know if it'll be called Shi no Yume anymore. The Yami no Matsuei theme has kinda been shifted over to my other blog. Anyway, I'll be trying the new layout out and making changes tomorrow.
