kei-chan is currently extremely sick in the icu of some east bay hospital and will not be able to blog or get anywhere near the computer in at least a week or so, so she requested that i post a message in her blog. she is suffering from viral menigitis(sp?) ;_;. she seemed kinda ok when i called her on saturday, but she sounds a lot worse today ;_; [maybe it's cuz she just threw up when i called her]. if you're really concerned and would like to know the details and/or would like to be updated on her condition, you can e-mail me. i plan to call her at least every other day cuz she told me she's really lonely in the hospital.

I'd dance with joy, except I'm too tired to do so. Not to mention I have a huge migraine and my body aches all over. -_-; Anyway, the reason I'm so cheerful is cos I just got an email from someone named Ketsuki (still don't know if "Ketsuki" is a boy or a girl, or if it is really his/her real name... ^_^;), who said that s/he came across my YnM page when s/he was searching "Yami no Matsuei fanfiction". S/he said that s/he thought I was interesting, so s/he decided to email me. I'm so flattered! I was almost beginning to think K&K didn't get any visitors at all! (Which reminds me, I must go post the beginnings of my old GW fic, which was originally meant to be finished last year, but is still no where near done. But first I have to wait till Vinita emails me with the review) Arigato Ketsuki! Anou... for your sake and mine, I hope you email me soon, because I don't want to keep refering to you as "s/he"... ^^;
To Ka-chan: Oh yeah, I remember that camping trip picture. That was a really bad picture ^^; but unfortunately that's one of the two only pictures of you and me... *pause* I insist you destroy that picture immediately! It's a really bad picture! >_> Anyways, I do NOT pick on everything you like! I liked Keita-kun up until he got that punkish look! And there's no law saying I shouldn't like Ryohei better than Keita! And for your info, I only like Gackt's music and his image, not exactly him. I mean, why else would I have been laughing so hard at that caricature of him in your j-pop mags? Admit it, that cracked you up too, especially once I got you going. *smirk* I saw that episode of Hey^3 with Gackt that you were talking about. Yeah, Gackt did look like he was about to cry. -_- Creepy... But the audience seemed to really like him when he was singing "Another World".

Wow, so many things to say. I don't know where I should start. Well, last Saturday, I went over to Ka-chan's house after the art show (ne, Maryam, sorry you couldn't come...). It was really cool to see her again, even though she had to go to class in the late afternoon. Anyway, I got to see W-inds in their music video. Lucky!! It was so cool, and I absolutely love Ryohei~~!! ^-^ Demo... Ka-chan's getting violent... she wacked me on the arm at least ten times that day. ^_^; *indignant pout* And just cos I was drooling over W-inds' lips! My cause was justified~~ They had really great lips~!! Oh yeah, and the other times she hit me was when I couldn't stop laughing insanely over the comic art strip of Gackt that someone did in a Japanese magazine. *thinks of picture and starts laughing insanely again* It was sooo funny tho~~!!! Ka-chan, please scan that picture for me, please? Anyway, Ka-chan got her hands on some manga. Mint na Bokura (We Are Mint) vol. 1-3, and Passion Girls (entire set), as well as some super (and disgustingly) cute manga about a frog princess... ANYWAYS... Mint na Bokura was soooo kawai~~!!! I love Noeru-chan! And Sasa too! Maria is a bit... too girly, but I think Miyu is pretty cool. But, I didn't really want to read the end because Sasa fell in love with Maria... >___< Baaaad!!!! Me no like Maria/Sasa!! Passion Girls was a fun series. Erika is super funny, and I really liked the ending, with everyone all paired up. Okay, so the rest of the weekend passed relatively peacefullly, except I got lazy and did absolutely no homework, which caused me to rush madly to complete all my assignments by Thursday. I didn't get much sleep either, because my nice futon has suddenly gone lumpy, and I'm not getting the rest I need. *pout* I need my beauty sleep.
Where was I? Oh yeah, um... I haven't really been in a good mood lately. I woke up on Tuesday morning in a blinding rage and with a grudge against the whole world. Needless to say, nothing went well that day... On a lighter note, I totally aced my AP-Statistics test today! ^_^ The only sour part was that Henry still managed to finish the test before me, despite my headstart! *huffs* Why is he always the first one to finish and hand in the test?! Grrrr... eep, I sound like Maryam. Oh yeah, I got my SAT II Chinese score back. And guess what I got? 800!!! *dances in joy* I can't believe it! Well, actually, I can, but that's not the point.
Argh, I'm getting a bad headache trying to remember everything that happened to me over the past week. It's like trying to squeeze juice out of a rock! It's that hard!

I was feeling great up until I chatted with a certain tall black-haired someone, whose name I will not mention here. Now there's a huge damper on my noctornal hyperhappiness and it won't be lifted. Bleh! I shouldn't even try! Now the rest of my evening is ruined. Maybe I should just go to bed early so I will be awake at the art show tomorrow...
Oh yeah, regarding "Furusato", the song I'm listening to right now... It's really pretty, with a very distince Chinese melody that sometimes acts as the background. This is my favorite song by Morning Musume after "Yuwaku" and "Last Kiss". Speaking of Chinese stuff. Last night I was on the computer, and my mom was surfing through channels, and came upon this Chinese TV series. I didn't pay any attention to it until the background music caught me off guard. It was a melody from the Hunter X Hunter OST!!! Note for note!! Can you believe the nerve of those Taiwanese producers putting other people's background music into their own tv shows?! And yes, I'm pretty sure it's a Taiwanese product. Either that or it's a Cantonese one. Why? Because I said so. Ok, j/k. But seriously. All the Taiwanese/Cantonese tv series I've seen before always took some music that didn't belong to them as background music. I was completely outraged! *huffs with indignation* Well, now I've worked myself up. At least anger is preferable to feeling sad and pathetic... OK!!! Now I'm beyond depressed!! I'm feeling practically suicidal!! And it doesn't help that I just read a really sad Lina/Zel fic, even if the ending was happy.

The clouds were really pretty today as I walked home from I.S. There were masses of grey over the sky, except for splotches where you could see the sun-brightened white clouds above and the blue sky beyond that. Gave me the impression that I was down in hell looking up to heaven. Er... baaaaaaaaad analogy... Reminds me of the time I swore at Ka-chan that I'd rather be in Hell than Heaven if going to Heaven means I'd be stuck with a bunch of God-worshipping christians. Not one of my better days when I said that... *sweatdrops* But still, the clouds really were quite pretty. You certainly can't compare them to cotton candy (whose's ever heard of grey cotton candy?) Eh... I just got sidetracked again. Can't remember what else I was going to say about the clouds... oh well, I've been quite absent-minded lately.

*sparkles* I spend 2 hours this afternoon after I came back from I.S. classes chomping on Lina/Zelgadiss fics! So delicious! *glomps fanfic archive* I could read it all day! Amelia and Xelloss come off kinda evil in these fics, though...
Wow, me n Vinita chatted for more than 3 hours last night. I didn't go to sleep until about 2:00 am. I think we covered everything from Harry Potter to weird dreams. ^_^;
Wai~~!!! I'm going to see Jean on Saturday! Yata!! And the art exhibit is this Saturday too and her mom agreed to let her come! Yata!! And Maryam agreed to come too! Yata!! Wow, now that Thursday is about over, I can relax so much more. I was really stressed out the last few days over hw from I.S. that I hadn't done. Not to mention I got sidetracked last night talking to Vinita, so I woke up this morning and rushed out my program notes for orchestra, and had to type up my English essay hurriedly before I.S. classes. ^_^;

I'm so mad! I just found out that The Captal's Tower the third and final book in the Exiles trilogy by Melanie Rawn isn't coming out until October of next year!! *hisses like an angry cat* The second books said that the third book was coming out this year! Argh! And I was planning to read that on the plane trip back to China too! Now what am I supposed to do for 12 hours? Sleep and daydream? I suppose I'll just have to find some other book to carry on with me when the time comes. But nowadays it's hard to find something that I really want to read.

Where's that magic that's supposed to come along with holidays? I spent a rather mediocre day playing cards with my mom and her friends. Two decks, jokers galore... Boring... Thanksgiving is no fun. I didn't even eat that much, and my conscience kept on nagging at me to practice violin (which I did; stupid conscience...). The only good thing that came out of today was that I finally worked up the nerve to start on Book III of the Wraeththu Trilogy by Storm Constantine, after being put off by Book II's ending. Another reason was that I took a sneak peek at the beginning of Book III and it was not what I wanted to see. So anyway, Thanksgiving sucks, the story about Indians and Pilgrims is all a sham given out for propaganda, and there is absolutely nothing to be thankful, I mean, especially after Black Tuesday. Christmas better be better than this. Oh wait, I forgot... I'M NOT GOING TO BE SPENDING CHRISTMAS WITH KA-CHAN!! Woe is me... oh well, at least I got to talk to her last night over the phone, and for about 2 hours too! ^-^ Usually we talk for about an hour and then she has to give up the phone to her mom or dad. Er... must stop thinking about that before I throw another tantrum over how I never get to see Ka-chan. ^_^;;
I dug out my Gundam Wing cds and started listening to it again. *grins happily* I love "Wild Wing Boys"! I love Duo! I love Toshihiko Seki and his absolutely heavenly gorgeous voice. Him, Seki Tomokazu, and Ogata Megumi are my favorite seiyuus. I can't emphasize that enough. My other favorite song from Gundam Wing is "Rhythm Emotion" by Two-Mix. It's my favorite song by that band. "Just Communication" comes as a poor second, barely edging over "White Reflection". I really like the battle scene in GW where Rhythm Emotion is first played (well, actually, played for the one and only time), where Zechs pilots the Epyon and destroys Barge. I love that battle scene to death, and I could just watch it over and over for eternity and never get tired of how the Epyon flashes past the other gundams, through the 'battlefield', leaving behind a trail of destruction, looms up in front of Barge, eyes flashing, and proceeds to slice Barge in half with its beam sword, and flies away leaving Barge to explode in space. Of course, right there the music fades away and is replaced with sad music and the viewer is suddenly reminded that Barge being destroyed was a BAD thing and caused a lot of problems for the protagonists: the five G-boys. *sigh* Battles scenes from Gundam Wing is absolutely intoxicating, and I can't understand why anyone would not like mecha. It's just about the coolest thing next to fighting manga. Ugn... I sound like Dorothy Catalonia... *imitates* *eyes go googly and background sparkles* "War is absolutely magnificent!" *laughs* I share her sentiments as far as anime and manga. I mean, all those breathtaking scenes with Wing Zero and Heero *melts*. Actually, anyone piloting the Wing Zero looks cool, except for Zechs. He's just so much better suited to the Epyon. Even Quatre looks good in Wing Zero, even though he's half insane and half homicidal in there. Trowa just looked weird and Wufei wasn't affected because he was already half insane and half homicidal. Now, Duo, on the other hand... that was REALLY SCARY... No emotion at all from the most lively of the G-boys. You expect him to fight and kill with a smirk on his face, but all you saw was mindless slaughter (of mobile dolls, that is. *laughs*). Er... I digress. How did I get from GW music to coolest GW battle scenes? *sweatdrop* Keiko no baka!

Ah... Dealing with overeager little kids who won't listen to me, the rain drizzling incessantly into my hair the last two hours, and the sky has been such a delightful shade of grey the entire day. No, I'm not being sarcastic.
